AT3's innovative & pioneer designs have produced successful projects and ongoing work.

In 1970s - In the phase of rapid expansion of office space development in the region we designed key landmarks in skylines. Namely the original OUB Building, DBS Towers 1 & 2 in Singapore CBD, Komtar in Penang, Bank of Ceylon in Colombo etc.

In 1980s - We pioneered the rapid expansion of Computer Manufacturing Plants. We designed high-tech manufacturing plants such as Compaq, Apple, Seagate plants in Singapore.

In 1990s - We were in fore front of high quality design of highrise multi tenanted factories, to accomodate rapid expansion of high tech industry, airports & logistics.

In 2000s - We have expanded to cover Wafer fabs, Data Centers & Life Sciences, Town Center Developments etc.
